Red Flag Warning until 09:00PM Thursday 
The National Weather Service in Elko has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 2 PM PDT Thursday afternoon until 8 PM PDT Thursday evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.
* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 437.
* WIND...Sustained southwest to west winds 15 to 20 mph, with gusts near 30 mph.
* HUMIDITY...Relative humidity values as low as 10 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HUMBOLDT COUNTY - QUINN
Instructions:
A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
