Highland Avenue Construction Notice Update 
As part of our ATP Cycle 4 Pedestrian Access and Bicycle Safety Improvements project, beginning Thursday, July 25, 2024, and continuing through Tuesday, July 30, 2024, the City of Duarte’s contractor will be closing Highland Avenue to Southbound traffic between Central Avenue and Evergreen Street.
Detours will be clearly marked to guide motorists traveling in this direction. We appreciate your understanding and will make every effort to minimize any disruptions caused by this temporary closure.
