Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé seeks the public’s help in locating Juanita Preston, 62, who was reported missing yesterday, July 24, 2023.
Ms. Preston, who suffers from bipolar and depression, was last seen at 11 a.m. in the area of Marie Place and Ridgewood Avenue. She is described as having a light complexion, 5’6” tall, 100 pounds, with brown eyes. She is wearing a gray shirt with multi-colored polka dots, possibly gray pants, is using a black cane, and is also known to wear a hand brace.
