Wilmington Police arrest man on drug charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges.
On July 23 at approximately 10:50 a.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division were in the area of the 400 block of Monroe Street when they observed a subject engaging in drug activity. Officers made contact with Dre’Quille Brickhouse, 28, and recovered 66 bags of heroin/fentanyl.
Brickhouse has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver. He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $5,000 bail.
