* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of South Central Arizona, including the following county, Pima. This includes the southern portions of the Tucson Metro Area.
* WHEN...Until 745 PM MST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in normally dry washes, roadway dips, and other low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 549 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated 0.75 to 1.00 inches of rain has fallen east of Nogales Highway between Old Vail Connection Road and Sahuarita Road. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly, especially Franco Wash near the Old Vail Connection Road. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Santa Cruz River. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tucson, Sahuarita, East Sahuarita and Summit. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
