* WHERE...Portions of South Central and Southeast Arizona, including the following counties, in South Central Arizona, Pima and Pinal. In Southeast Arizona, Santa Cruz.

* WHEN...Until midnight MST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 754 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated a broad area of strong thunderstorms producing heavy rainfall will continue to move west to southwest across portions of eastern and central Pima county including the Tohono O'odham Nation, southwest Pinal county and western Santa Cruz county. Rainfall runoff will drain into normally dry washes, roadway dips and other low- lying areas. Significant ponding of water is expected along with minor flooding of washes and small streams. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
