TEMPORARY WATER SHUT DOWN
NOTICE
Monday July 29, 2024
7:30am-5:00pm
The City of Somersworth Water Division and N. Granese & Sons Construction will be turning off the water mains in your area on this Monday July 29, 2024 at 7:30 AM until 5:00 PM. This is a water line shut-down for the Constitutional Way Complete Street project. The shut-down is expected to affect properties on Constitutional Way and Washington Street. During this time, you will experience little or no water pressure.
Once water is turned back on, you may experience air or some water discoloration. This discoloration is from naturally occurring minerals that have precipitated in the water lines. If needed, please run a cold water tap for a short time to clear your water. If you have any questions, please contact Director, Michael Bobinsky at the Department of Public Works at 603-692-4266, or call the Water Plant staff at 603-692-2268.
