Police Chief Miranda Invites Community Members To July 31st Wellness Wednesday 
Newark Police Chief Emanuel Miranda offers Wellness Wednesdays, featuring a 1.5 mile run for Police and Community members 18 years and older each Wednesday until Labor Day.
Wellness Wednesdays are aimed at building your physical and mental health through a weekly outdoor run.
Join us at 8 a.m., Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at 4th Precinct Substation, 10 17th Avenue, Newark.
Please arrive by 7:45 for a pre-run stretch. Dress in activewear and sneakers to participate. Rain date is Thursday, August 1, 2024.
