Rabid Raccoon Incident near Deans Lane on July 20th
The South Brunswick Township Health Department has issued a Public Health Advisory surrounding an incident which occurred near Deans Lane on July 20,2024.
On that date, a resident's dogs had an altercation with a raccoon. The raccoon was retrieved by Animal Control and sent for testing. On July 24, 2024, the Health Department was notified that the raccoon tested positive for rabies.
