UPDATE: 

Chestnut Street Ext. will be limited to one way traffic heading South and no parking will be allowed between Water St. and Market St. beginning Monday, July 29th at 7am until work is completed while the contractor installs underground utility conduit.

Please avoid this area if at all possible. Traffic control devices and signage will be placed around the work areas. Please exercise extreme caution and obey all traffic control devices and flaggers.
