| OWI 6th Arrest – Ralph E. Cone Jr. |
On 07/26/24, at approximately 11:15pm, a Janesville Police Officer initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Mt. Zion Ave and Milton Ave for the registered owner of the vehicle having a suspended driver’s license. The register owner of the vehicle, Ralph Cone, was identified as the driver. He displayed signs of impairment due to alcohol. Ralph failed Standardized Field Sobriety testing and was arrested. Ralph resisted arrest and was decentralized. Ralph consented to a legal blood draw. The results are pending. Ralph was charged with operating while intoxicated 6th offense, which is a felony, and resisting. Ralph was transported to the Rock County Jail where he is being held for court.
