Incident: Vehicle Crash and Disturbance
At approximately 4:42 AM on July 28, 2024, the Sheboygan Police Department responded to a disturbance in the 900 block of Ontario Avenue. Upon arrival, officers observed a vehicle fleeing the scene at high speed. The vehicle was subsequently located in the 1600 block of N 7th Street, where it collided with several parked cars.
The driver, a 31-year-old male from Plymouth, WI, suffered severe injuries and was airlifted to a Milwaukee hospital with life-threatening conditions. The passenger, a 42-year-old female from Greenfield, WI, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and is being treated at a local hospital.
The Sheboygan Police Department is actively investigating both the disturbance and the subsequent accident. Preliminary findings suggest that alcohol may have played a role in the incident.
