He has been missing since 07/28/2024 at 4:15pm, and was last seen wearing a black colored Justin Beiber shirt, black "510" hat with red numbers, maroon shorts, and gray shoes with red sole lights. Kenneth is autistic, non-verbal, and hard of hearing. If contacted, he is friendly. His family reported him missing.
