Investigation underway into stabbing incident at Oyotunji African Village in Sheldon 
The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office is investigating a stabbing at the Oyotunji African Village in Sheldon.
On Monday, July 29, 2024, at about 2:45 p.m., the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office Communications Center received a report of a stabbing at the Oyotunji African Village located on Bryant Lane in Sheldon.
A victim was located and transported by Beaufort County EMS to an area hospital. The suspect was located by deputies and taken into custody.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing. Additional information will be released at a later time.
