The El Cerrito Police Department wants to remind you that National Night Out is happening on Tuesday August 6th.

National Night Out is an annual event where communities across the country connect with law enforcement.  National Night Out is a Community Policing awareness-raising event, held the first Tuesday of August.   

Traditionally, our police officers and firefighters join neighborhood groups at gatherings in your neighborhood.  Both the El Cerrito Police Department and El Cerrito Fire Department would enjoy the opportunity to join your neighbors to share information, fellowship, and a chance to discuss common interests.

There will be further information of local block parties and street closures.
