* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in east central Indiana, Union and Wayne and the following county, in west central Ohio, Preble.
* WHEN...Until 145 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 950 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Eaton, Centerville, Cambridge City, Hagerstown, New Paris, West Alexandria, Dublin, Franklin, Abington, Milton, Greens Fork, East Germantown, Spring Grove, Boston, Mount Auburn, Interstate 70 at Exit 145, Richmond Municipal Airport, Witts Station and Philomath.
