* WHEN...From this morning to this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Water spills onto low-lying property along the river downstream of Abington from Yankee Town to Brownsville.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 10.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this morning to a crest of 14.2 feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage this morning. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* AFFECTED AREAS: UNION, IN ... WAYNE, IN
