* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...The following county, in east central Indiana, Wayne and the following counties, in west central Ohio, Darke and Preble.
* WHEN...Until 900 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 350 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... New Paris, Fountain City, Bethel, Hollansburg, Economy, Whitewater, Middleboro and Williamsburg.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WAYNE, IN ... DARKE, OH ... PREBLE, OH
