The purpose of this public hearing is to inform the public about proposed diversions/disposals on Green Acres encumbered parkland properties. The Route 4 project proposes permanent easements (diversions), and fee takes (disposals) on seven parks that received funding for preservation under the Green Acres program. 

All are welcome to attend. 

In addition to oral comments presented at the hearing, written comments may be submitted to the Township of Teaneck, with copy to NJDEP, by August 15th at the following addresses:
