Fremont Fire and PD are actively working a fire located in the hills N/E of Canyon Heights Dr. and Pickering Ave. Evacuations are NOT necessary and the fire appears to be controlled for now. However, please avoid any unnecessary traffic/activity in the area of Canyon Heights Dr. and Morrison Canyon to allow safety crews to work. Thank you
