Wilmington Police arrest man on gun charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man on gun charges.
On July 25 at approximately 10:35 p.m., members of the Safe Streets Task Force were in the 2600 block of Bowers Street when they observed several subjects acting suspiciously. Police made contact with 29-year-old Samad Stewart, who was found to be in possession of a loaded 9mm handgun.
Stewart was taken into custody without incident and has been charged with the following offense:
- Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon
