Southeastern Washington County in south central Indiana... Western Oldham County in central Kentucky... Northeastern Jefferson County in central Kentucky...

* Until 330 PM EDT.

* At 257 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles south of Scottsburg, moving southeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include... Jeffersonville, Lyndon, Scottsburg, Prospect, Graymoor-Devondale, Worthington Hills, Barbourmeade, Coldstream, Northfield, and Rolling Hills.

Instructions:

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning are occurring with this storm.
