Please be advised that an overnight water main break on Grove Street in Jersey City is causing significant traffic disruptions in Hoboken, particularly on southern routes into and out of the City.
Veolia and JCMUA are on site making repairs. Grove Street will remain closed between Observer Highway in Hoboken and 18th Street in Jersey City for the duration of repairs, which are anticipated to take all day. Drivers are advised to avoid the area and use alternate, northern, routes to exit and enter the City today.
Water service is not expected to be impacted in Hoboken.
