* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following county, Jay.
* WHEN...Until 815 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 718 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional amounts up to a half inch will be possible through 8 pm. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Portland, Dunkirk, Redkey, Westchester, Center, Salamonia, College Corner, Liber, Collett, Blaine, Bluff Point, Brice, New Mount Pleasant, Como, Bellfountain, Powers and Trinity. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
