* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 613 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This has resulted in urban and small stream flooding. An estimated 2 and 3 inches of rain has fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but little to no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Warren, Livonia, Troy, Southfield, St. Clair Shores, Pontiac, Novi, Mount Clemens, Milford, Romeo, Sterling Heights, Royal Oak, Birmingham, Rochester, Northville, Clinton, West Bloomfield, Detroit Zoo, Farmington Hills and Rochester Hills. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
