* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM EDT Friday the stage was 16.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late this afternoon and continue falling to 7.5 feet Friday, August 09. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - Impact...At 16.0 feet, Some low spots on Millar Road flood.
