FLOOD ADVISORY IS CANCELLED 
The flood advisory is cancelled for a portion of SE Michigan, including the following areas, Macomb, Oakland and Wayne.
Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Isolated showers and thunderstorms remain possible through about 8pm. Urban and small stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat.
