Immediate Power Outage Island Wide 
Georgia Power has informed the Jekyll Island Authority that due to multiple faults at the Jekyll Island substation, the entire island will be without power for less than 5 minutes.
This activity will take place immediately. Operations should return to normal as soon as power is restored.
