RECOVERY REMINDERS - 8/2
If your debris piles haven’t been picked up yet, it might be because they aren’t separated properly. Let’s work together to get this sorted out!
1. Separate trees/limbs, construction debris, and household items into different piles.
2. DO NOT mix hazardous materials with other debris.
3. Keep piles away from manholes, meters, mailboxes, fire hydrants, trees and utility poles so our pickup crews can easily access them.
By following these simple steps, we can make sure the cleanup process goes smoothly and efficiently. Thanks for your cooperation!
And while we want you to take advantage of the dry weather to get your debris cleaned up, it's advisable to stay indoors during the hottest part of the day, usually between 2pm and 6pm.. During these hours, the temperatures are usually at their highest, increasing the risk of heat-related illnesses. If you will be outside, make sure to stay hydrated, take frequent breaks in the shade, and wear lightweight, light-colored clothing. Stay safe!
