* WHEN...Until 1000 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 800 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Rapid river rises will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
