Flash Flood Warning until 03:45PM

FFWGYX The National Weather Service in Gray has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for... East Central Hillsborough County in southern New Hampshire... West Central Rockingham County in southern New Hampshire...

* Until 345 PM EDT.

* At 1239 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1.75 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Manchester, Derry, Merrimack, Bedford, Hooksett, Amherst, New Boston, Goffstown and Londonderry. This includes the following highways... Interstate 93 between mile markers 16 and 23...and near mile marker 25. Interstate 293 between mile markers 1 and 10.

* AFFECTED AREAS: HILLSBOROUGH, NH ... ROCKINGHAM, NH
