INCIDENT: P.C 245 - Assault with a Deadly Weapon

SUMMARY: On Saturday, August 3, 2024, at about 9:16 p.m., deputies from the Central Station responded to an unknown problem in the 25000 block of Palomar Court in San Bernardino. Deputies arrived and learned a shooting occurred in the street and the driver of an uninvolved vehicle was shot in the neck. The victim was transported to San Bernardino Community Hospital via ambulance where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
