* WHERE...A portion of northeast New Jersey, including the following counties, Bergen, Essex and Passaic.
* WHEN...Until 630 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 419 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 0.4 and 0.8 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Paterson, Passaic, Bloomfield, Hackensack, Orange, Bergenfield, Lyndhurst, Millburn, Rutherford, Caldwell, Fairfield, Teterboro, Clifton, East Orange, Irvington, West Orange, Teaneck, Montclair, Belleville and Fair Lawn. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
