| OWI 6th Arrest – Peggy J. Chase-Milam |
On 08/03/24, at approximately 11:55pm, a Janesville Police Officer initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of West Court Street and North Chatham Street for failure to obey a traffic signal and operating a motor vehicle without headlights. The register owner of the vehicle, Peggy J. Chase-Milam, was identified as the driver. She displayed signs of impairment due to alcohol. Peggy refused Standardized Field Sobriety testing and was arrested. Peggy did not consent to a legal blood draw and a search warrant was authorized. The results are pending. Peggy was charged with operating while intoxicated 6th offense, which is a felony. Peggy was transported to the Rock County Jail where she is being held for court.
