Tropical Storm Debby 8/5 afternoon update 
Utility crews continue to work diligently to restore power across the area.
All County shelters have been closed.
Please remember to never drive through a flooded roadway. TURN AROUND DON'T DROWN!
If you see a downed line, always assume it is live and report it to your utility provider. If it's blocking the road or you are trapped, dial 911.
If you sustained damage, please report it to Alachua County Emergency Management HERE.
All City offices will reopen tomorrow at 7:30 AM and operate as normal.
Monday's garbage will be collected on Tuesday, and all other collections will be delayed by one day for the rest of the week.
