* WHEN...From Wednesday morning through Friday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow moving Tropical Cyclone Debby will result in a prolonged period of rain, heavy at times, Wednesday through Friday.
