Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé requests the public’s help identifying the suspect pictured below, who assaulted a victim on August 4, 2024.
At approximately 3 p.m., the victim was standing near Adams and Walnut Streets when the suspect, a short, slim, Black male, punched him in the face. The suspect, captured on surveillance video, fled northbound on Adams Street.
