PART-TIME CONFIDENTIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT AND POLICE RECORDS CLERK – BYRAM TOWNSHIP POLICE DEPARTMENT
The Byram Township Police Department is accepting applications for a part-time (28 hours/week) confidential administrative assistant and police records clerk. This individual must be organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel and be able to interact with the public. The starting salary for this position is $17.75/hour.
Other duties that will be fulfilled include but are not limited to: light bookkeeping, mail handling, daily deposits, MSI program knowledge or willingness to learn how to enter requisitions for purchase orders, NJSP FARS firearm applications processing including but not limited to investigating applicants, and processing of OPRA/discovery requests. Familiarization with body-worn-camera video systems and E-Agent/ATS/ACS certification is a plus.
