* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey... Central Morris County in northern New Jersey... Northern Somerset County in northern New Jersey... North central Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 600 PM EDT.

* At 505 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Millington, or 7 miles south of Morristown, moving northeast at 25 mph. Additional thunderstorms are along a line west of Millington and areas of damaging downburst winds can occur. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

* Locations impacted include... Morristown, Somerville, Bridgewater, Dover, Madison, Middlesex, Florham Park, East Hanover, Lincoln Park, Bound Brook, Chatham, Boonton, Rockaway, Morris Plains, Mendham, Flemington, Mountain Lakes, High Bridge, Riverdale, and Clinton. This includes the following highways... Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 8 and 42. Interstate 80 in New Jersey between mile markers 38 and 48. Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 14 and 53.
