6/18 - 10:59 p.m. - Police responded to Ott's Tavern, the first block of East Washington Street, for a three-vehicle traffic crash in the parking lot. Upon investigating, the driver was arrested for driving under the influence. On August 5th, after Illinois State Police Crime Lab results were received, the defendant, Jennifer S. Coker age 34 of Belleville, was charged with Driving Under the Inlfuence of Alcohol; Driving Under the Influence - Blood Alcohol Level 0.08 or More; and Driving Under the Influence - Combination of Alcohol /Intoxicating Compounds/Drugs.
