From NWS:
Ongoing: Flash flooding and severe thunderstorm threat continues into Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning. This is an ongoing threat. Visit weather.gov/phi for the latest watches and warnings.
Heavy Rain/Flash Flooding potential continues daily into the weekend with Friday looking like the greatest concern at this time. The late-week forecast remains uncertain and is highly dependent on the exact track of Tropical Storm Debby.
Main stem rivers will be on the rise by the end of this week, potentially leading to some river flooding over the weekend and into early next week if rain amounts are high enough.
Tropical Storm Debby will meander across parts of the Southeastern U.S. most of this week. While there is high uncertainty regarding the details for our region, areas of very heavy rain and flooding are likely late this week.
More information on potential impacts and the timing of potential impacts in our region will be available in the coming days.
