* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1047 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen since the afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... York, Hanover, Weigelstown, Gettysburg, Parkville, Spry, Dallastown, Hampton, Shiloh, East York, Stonybrook-Wilshire, West York, Codorus, Grantley, Tyler Run-Queens Gate, McSherrystown, Valley View, Manchester, Emigsville and Lake Meade. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
