Investigation determined that while Hernandez was shopping, she concealed merchandise on her person and into a backpack. She paid for items that were in her shopping cart, but failed to pay for $116.89 worth of goods that she had concealed. Hernandez was processed at WWPD and released pending a future date in Court.

Investigation found that Erickson Espinal-Maria entered the store carrying an empty backpack. $161.20 worth of clothing was selected and later concealed into the backpack. Espinal-Maria paid for some groceries, but failed to pay for the clothing. He was also determined to be a “Wanted Person” out of Easton, PA and also had a warrant for his arrest from Trenton. Espinal-Maria was processed at WWPD and then transported to the Mercer County Correction Center to await extradition to PA.

DETAILS: Patrol Units were detailed to Lowe’s for shoplifters in the store. When officers arrived on scene, the store manager directed them to the two suspects. Amber Nugin was inside of black Chevrolet, while Erick Nugin was walking away from the store. Erick was detained after initially ignoring Ptl. LaForge’s attempts to stop him. The duo had shoplifted over a $1,000 worth of merchandise from a Lowe’s located in Delran, NJ about an hour earlier, and had previously shoplifted from the West Windsor store on June 28th. Both suspects provided fake names to officers and would not divulge their true identities. After considerable effort and time, they were finally identified, and Erick was found to be a “Wanted Person” out of PA. Amber and Erick were processed at WWPD. Amber was released, while Erick was transported to the Mercer County Correction Center to await extradition to Pennsylvania.

Investigation found that Guatavo-Gutierrez and a female companion filled a shopping cart with $935.79 worth of groceries and merchandise. He then left the cart by the restroom and went inside while his companion went outside to get the car. Upon exiting the restroom Guatavo-Gutierrez took control of the shopping cart and attempted to leave the store without paying. He was processed at WWPD and released pending a future date in Court.

The vehicle was reportedly parked for several hours, and there was someone lying down inside of it. Ptl. Siani spoke to the vehicle occupant, Stevens Eliacin, who said he was soliciting in the area. During the investigation, Eliacin was found to have an active warrant for his arrest from Union Township. Eliacin was processed at WWPD and released pending a future court date in Union.

DETAILS: Patrol Units responded to a residential burglary in the Windsor Ponds development. Investigation found that two suspects wearing hooded sweatshirts with their hoods up, wearing grey jackets, and carrying backpacks, entered the house through the front door. A basement window was smashed to gain entry, presumably by another suspect, who unlocked the front door for them. Once inside, the house was ransacked and items were stolen from inside. Det. C. Crawford processed the scene for evidence and is the lead investigator.

DETAILS: Ptl. Borup investigated the theft of wallet containing cash and credit cards from Wegmans. The victim reported that when she went to the restroom, she hung her shopping bag containing her wallet on hooks located just outside the restroom. When she came back out, she saw that her bag was gone. While reporting this to a store employee, a male walked out of the men’s restroom carrying her bag. She spoke to the man who handed the bag back to her minus the wallet, and left the store. Follow-up investigation by Det. Robles identified the thief as Michael Roslon who was arrested and charged on 7/19.

DETAILS: Patrol Units were detailed to the Five Below store for a shoplifting. Prior to police arrival, the suspect left the store and was being followed by a store employee. Officers located the suspect, Latrenee Jones-Richardson, who was in a verbal altercation with the employee. Investigation found that Jones-Richardson had concealed merchandise into a bag and left the store without paying. An employee confronted her, and she turned over a couple of items, but clearly had more in her bag. Jones-Richardson then walked away. Ptl. Borup found that she still had $116.00 worth of merchandise remaining in her bag. Jones-Richardson was determined to be a “Wanted Person” out of both Philadelphia and Morrisville, Pennsylvania. In addition, she had multiple warrants for her arrest from Ewing, Hamilton, Lawrence, and Camden. She was processed at WWPD and turned over to Ewing PD on their warrant.

The GMC was traveling at a high rate of speed, and as Ptl. Connell was catching up to it, he observed it swerving and making unsafe lane changes. Ptl. Connell initiated a stop on the GMC, and during the stop, he determined that Allieyah Cubbage was DWI. She was processed and released pending future dates in West Windsor Municipal Court.

Both she and Brielle Marshall selected merchandise which was later concealed into the bags, and then hidden underneath the seat of the scooter. They paid for some items at the registers, but not the items under the scooters seat. Claudette was determined to have stolen $395.79 worth of merchandise while Brielle had stolen $295.05 worth of goods. Both were processed at WWPD and released pending future dates in Court.

DETAILS: While the victims were away on vacation from 7/20 through 7/29, their house had been broken into. Investigation determined that a rear window had been pried open and an outdoor chair was found directly underneath it. The inside of the house had been rummaged through, and jewelry and other items had been stolen. Detective P. Buchanan, Det. C. Abade, and Det. C. Crawford responded to investigate and process the scene for evidence. A small prybar was found inside the house and was collected as evidence.

Investigation found that Claudette Marshall entered the store with a motorized scooter with empty shopping bags in the basket. Both she and Brielle Marshall selected merchandise which was later concealed into the bags, and then hidden underneath the seat of the scooter. They paid for some items at the registers, but not the items under the scooters seat. Claudette was determined to have stolen $395.79 worth of merchandise while Brielle had stolen $295.05 worth of goods. Both were processed at WWPD and released pending future dates in Court.

DETAILS: Patrol Units were detailed to Target for two shoplifters who were being detained by store Loss Prevention. Investigation found that Malik Mamu and Breanna Santiago had selected and later concealed articles of clothing (valued at $337.90) into shopping bags. They then proceeded to the self-checkout, purchased some items, but failed to pay for the clothing inside the bags. Mamu and Santiago were processed at WWPD and released pending future dates in Court.

LOCATION OCCURRED: Residence located in the Colonial Park development

DETAILS: While the victims were away on vacation from 7/20 through 7/29, their house had been broken into. Investigation determined that a rear window had been pried open and an outdoor chair was found directly underneath it. The inside of the house had been rummaged through, and jewelry and other items had been stolen. Detective P. Buchanan, Det. C. Abade, and Det. C. Crawford responded to investigate and process the scene for evidence. A small prybar was found inside the house and was collected as evidence.
