* WHERE...A portion of piedmont North Carolina, including the following counties, Alexander, Catawba, Gaston and Lincoln.
* WHEN...From late tonight through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Confidence has increased that enough rainfall will occur in the middle Catawba and South Fork Catawba River basins due to Tropical Storm Debby that the Flood Watch is being extended westward. 4 to 6 inches of total rainfall are expected from Debby in Alexander, Catawba, Lincoln, and Gaston counties. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
