Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges.
Beginning in July, members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division have been conducting an investigation into illegal drug sales in the 200 block of West 23rd Street. On August 1, at approximately 2:25 p.m., police executed a search warrant in that block and took 29-year-old Eric Moore into custody without incident. Police recovered 1.12 grams of cocaine, .5 grams of crack cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.
Moore has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver – Two Counts
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and was released on $21,000 unsecured bail.
