* At 1151 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Wrightsboro, or 7 miles north of Leland, moving northwest at 35 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near... Long Creek around 1155 PM EDT. Currie, The Borough, and Montague around 1200 AM EDT. Malpass Corner around 1205 AM EDT. Point Caswell, Rooks, and Wards Corner around 1210 AM EDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Atkinson.
