* WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of the western Piedmont of North Carolina and upstate South Carolina.
* WHEN...Until 3 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The approach of Tropical Storm Debby this morning and afternoon will bring frequent wind gusts to the western Piedmont and northern Upstate of South Carolina. Gusts as high as 45 mph, combined with wet ground from all the rain expected, will allow the wind gusts to blow down scattered trees across the region. This could result in dangerous driving conditions and scattered power outages.
