* At 1017 AM EDT, Local law enforcement and emergency management officials report flooding of area roadways along with creeks and streams. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen across the area and an additional 2 to 4 inches of rain is possible. Flash flooding will continue or is expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
