Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen across the area and an additional 2 to 4 inches of rain is possible. Flash flooding will continue or is expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.
