The DC Department of Parks and Recreation would like to inform the community that, due to the forecasted severe weather, the following events previously scheduled for today are canceled:
- Play in the Park at Oxon Run
- Outdoor Movie at Potomac Gardens
- Jazz in the Park at Chuck Brown Park/Langdon Park
- Football practice
Additionally, all grass fields are CLOSED on Thursday, August 8, 2024. Synthetic fields remain open.
