* WHEN...From 6 AM to 11 PM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Frequent gusts of 35 to 45 mph winds will be possible which when combined with saturated grounds will have the potential to bring down trees. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
